6. Shipping, Delivery, and Flexible Cancellation

  • Shipping Policy: We aim to process and dispatch orders within a reasonable timeframe (typically 2-3 business days). Delivery timelines range from 5-7 business days depending on the destination address across India.
  • Delivery Delays: While we work with premium logistics partners, we are not liable for unexpected delivery delays caused by extreme weather, public strikes, remote locations, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
  • Order Cancellation: Customers have the complete right to cancel their order at any point in time. If you wish to cancel the purchase after the package has already been shipped or is out for delivery, you can simply refuse to accept the delivery from the courier executive at your doorstep. No additional fee will be levied for cancellations.

7. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

  • Eligibility: Due to the hygiene and consumable nature of Ayurvedic/health products, returns or replacements after accepting delivery are only accepted if the product received is physically damaged during transit, expired, or if an incorrect product was delivered. If delivery is refused at the doorstep, a full refund will be initiated automatically.
  • Reporting Window and Channels: Any damage or wrong product issues must be reported to our team within 48 hours of delivery. Unboxing photos or video proof must be submitted along with the request.
