1. Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Processing Time — We process and dispatch all orders within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or national holidays.
- Delivery Timeline — Depending on your destination address across India, delivery safely takes around 5 to 7 business days.
- Shipping Charges — All applicable shipping fees will be calculated and clearly displayed at the checkout page before payment.
2. Flexible Order Cancellation Policy
Customers have the complete right to cancel their order at any point in time before delivery. If the order has already been shipped or is out for delivery, you can simply refuse to accept the parcel from the courier executive at your doorstep. No penalty or additional charges will be levied.
3. Return & Replacement Policy
Due to the hygiene and consumable nature of health/herbal products, returns or replacements post-delivery are only accepted if:
- Damage — The product received is physically damaged during transit.
- Expiry — The product is expired.
- Incorrect Item — An incorrect item has been delivered.
Any issues regarding damage, expiry, or wrong items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Refund Policy
- Initiation — If you refuse the package at delivery, the refund will be initiated once the package starts tracking back to us. For damaged goods, the refund is processed immediately upon approval of the claim.
- Refund Timeline — All approved refunds will be credited back to the customer's original payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking) within 5 to 7 working days.
